Partners. The relationship between sales representative and their customers is more important than ever before. So much complicates the retail environment right now; store owners are spending more time behind the counter, are faced with a larger variety of competition and are constantly having to reinvent themselves in order to remain relevant and interesting to the end-consumer. As representatives, our team prides itself on the extras we provide to our valued customers. We are road reps. Whether it be attending open houses, babysitting a special order to make sure “it” gets there as needed, stopping in to do an inventory or even working for free during a busy Valentines Day, our customers know we are there for them.

As partners, our philosophy is that we make our money on reorders. We understand the importance of placing the right line with the right store and will stand behind our vendors by offering support and even guaranteed sales, when needed. When our retailers are successful, our vendors are successful and we are successful.

We have 8 field sales people representing Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana.  Our reps have formed strong relationships with their customers and know the geography of their territories like no one else. We love the Pacific Northwest and enjoy being on the road visiting our retailers more than anything.
